Hey there, I’m the not-quite-diagnosed, possibly-celiac-but-definitely-sensitive half of GFTravellers. Think of me as your gluten-aware scout, husband to a wonderful (and highly reactive celiac) wife, and dad to a crew where reactive gluten genes run strong.
We travel a lot — sometimes together, sometimes solo and let’s just say I’m much better disciplined when Christine is around. Translation: I read every label, quiz the waitstaff, and channel my inner food detective. Alone? I still try… but I’ve have to do better.
This blog is my way of sharing the good, the bad, and the surprisingly tasty discoveries along the way. I’m here for the fellow travelers who want to eat safely, laugh a little, and feel less alone navigating the gluten-free maze on the road.
